Tiny Tumbler Program
It is our goal to promote physical activity producing healthy kids that gain positive self esteem while learning to control their bodies. Our programs have been teaching students in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas for 40 years! The basic skills of gymnastics are introduced to both boys and girls together, and all gym apparatus is utilized in a safe and energetic environment. We would love all children to run, jump and tumble into their pre-school years.
Parent & Child Classes (2-3 1/2 yrs old)
This 45 minute class introduces the youngest of our gymnasts to the world of fun and fitness in the gym. They get to climb, jump and roll their way through our safe and nurturing classes with the comforts of a parent or guardian. This program depends on the parents to guide their youngsters making them feel comfortable all while learning gymnastic skills and the structure of the gym. Listening skills and social development is only one benefit. We love to introduce the basics of gymnastics to the little ones, promoting safe and healthy lifestyles at the start. When they become of age to attend a class alone, they will be more than ready to bounce on in.
3-4 1/2 Years Old Classes
This 50 minute class is the youngest class where the gymnasts enter the gym without a parent’s support. When they are ready to explore, move, jump and tumble without your guidance this is the class for them. Boys and girls together learn strength, flexibility and coordination which will help them in anything they do in their future.
This 50 minute class continues to introduce and reinforce the basic gymnastic skills. The children have a great time moving safely through appropriately designed circuits that focus on specific aspects of gymnastics. Warm-up stretching, flexibility, strength and body control are continually reinforced throughout the program. In addition short specialized activities promoting happy healthy children may be included during in each class. Examples of specialized activities include the use of a colorful parachute, ribbons, balloons, and bean bags to name a few.
Girls Gymnastics Program (Ages 6-11 yrs old)
It is our goal to continue to foster physical activity in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas. It is so important to all young girls to obtain a healthy outlook on life and a positive self esteem early in adolescents. Their confidence and inner strength will carry them far, and they will have a ton of fun achieving success.
The basic skills of gymnastics are introduced and perfected over the year in a 60 minute class session. The girls learn to control their bodies to cartwheel, round-off, and stand on their hands. All gym apparatus is utilized. Small size class instruction provides the ability to advance your skills quickly and safely. Circuits are designed and drills are repeated often to perfect portions of skill. Before you know it their confidence will shine though what they do inside and outside the gym. Stretching, flexibility, and strength conditioning are provided in a fun up-beat atmosphere.
Advanced skills on each apparatus are introduced in this 90 minute class. This is the class for the gymnast that has mastered the skills introduced in the beginner/intermediate classes and is up for the challenge. Circuits are designed with additional difficulty for advancement, as well as perfecting the basic skills previously accomplished. Drills are repeated often to perfect portions of the advanced skills. Extra Tumbling, Stretching, flexibility, and strength conditioning are incorporated into each class.
The challenge continues with perfecting advanced skills on each apparatus in this 90 minute class. This is the class for the gymnast that has mastered the skills introduced in the advanced classes and is up for the increased challenge. Linking advanced skills together is the primary focus. Circuits are designed with additional difficulty for advancement, as well as perfecting the basic skills every gymnast must maintain for success. Drills are repeated often to perfect portions of the advanced skills. Stretching, flexibility, and strength conditioning are focused on during each class. (Offered at Cherry Hill Location Only)
Girls Cheer-Tumble Program (Ages 5 yrs old through high school)
The sport of cheerleading has touched us all. Our cheer-tumble classes teach tumbling skills needed to excel in cheerleading. Young girls obtain a healthy outlook on life and a positive self esteem all while gaining valuable tumbling and jumping skills required for cheerleading. Their confidence and inner strength will carry them far in this sport and anything else they do. Each cheer-tumble class utilizes the spring floor, trampolines, tumble track and a variety of mats to quickly learn and advance tumbling skills. Other equipment available within the gym may be used to aid in advanced tumbling training. Group rates are available for cheerleading squads of six or more.
Boys Gymnastic Program
Boys, between the ages of 6 and 14 years old, will gain additional physical activity attending one of our boys classes. We have been offering boys programs to the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas for 40 years! Producing healthy kids with a positive self esteem is very important to our gym. The boys will learn to control their bodies, increase strength and flexibility while they run, jump and tumble around the gym. The basic skills of gymnastics are introduced, and all gym apparatus is utilized in a safe environment during the high energy classes. Boys are placed in appropriate classes based on both age and ability. These students will work on Flips, Tumbling, Parkour, the Bars and Rings, and Ninja Warrior style ability.
